Born in Boston, Mass. in 1980, BIG HEED raised in the greater Atlanta area during the post Ronald Regan years. His works as an rap artist have been performed widely across the south eastern states with artist such as Erykah Badu, Big Gipp, Cee-Lo, Musiq Soulchild, Duece Poppi just to record a few. He also showed as a guest appearance on BET’s 106 Park as a freestyle judge. His style and lyrics are fueled by a harsh wakening to reality of past life poverty and a fatherless conclusion which dominoes a heavy effect on lifestyle and artistry in the forms of creating music from writing, music production, and arrangement. The most recent successes include performances at the Nopi Nationals, and the involvement of becoming the CEO of the biggest production gang in the south Hitmakers Warehouse.
